Calling back the 90’s - Inspired by the 95-96 Adidas kit.

Liverpool Football Club's new Away kit was revealed earlier today. This kit was inspired by the 1995-96 shirt.

Being a kid growing up in the 90's, I did have a good giggle at the the team's photo shoot videos and photos. They nailed the 90's vibe! If I went back through my own photographs, I'm sure I'd find photos of me wearing overalls just like Leanne Kierans and I definitely had that exact same phone that Taylor Hinds is using as a prop. I thought I had the coolest phone back then. 😂

The inspiration behind the design was to modernize classic green-and-white quarter pattern by giving in a digital effect definitely making a bold statement.

I'm already seeing positive and negative posts on social media. I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. Either way, definitely the perfect shirt for Paddy's Day. 🇮🇪
